NEO Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is a boutique security firm established in August 2018 as a unique collaboration between its Chairman, Major Tissa Aluwihare – a veritable “security mentor” – and his longstanding, loyal staff from his previous company, Bren Security/Securitas Sri Lanka. NEO gives its shareholders & management team the chance to shine & develop, to become entrepreneurs and grow beyond their wildest dreams. “Dream big & deliver” is the motto of the company! NEO shareholders grew from being a telephone operator to COO, from office runner to Director Operations… a story not often heard in Sri Lanka or elsewhere.
